Flexible Motor Connection

Modular design of the motor adaptor plate is suitable for most brand of servo motor or stepper motor. The input and the motor are coupled through locking mechanism. The mechanism has passed dynamical balancing analysis to assure concentricity and balance on the connection and no backlash for power transmission while running at high speed.

Helical Gear Design

Speed Reduction mechanism employs precision helical gears system, which provides two times meshing rate of gear tooth comparing with regular spur gears. Extremely smooth running, low noise, high torque output and low backlash.

 

High Precision Gear Machining

Housing of rotation table is made by aluminum alloy and precision machining by CNC machine. Precision gear tooth grinding assures gear accuracy reaches DIN6 class with carburized to hardness 58-60HRC
